Client partners with health sciences industry leaders –including 20 of the top 20 life sciences companies and 14 of the top 14 Fortune Global 500 healthcare organizations – to prevent and cure disease, enhance quality of life, and accelerate insights for better health. Client is seeking a hands-on User Experience Designer that is passionate about design. Candidates should have experience in designing delightful and engaging experiences for mobile and web applications and be comfortable working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. The candidate should have a holistic approach to user experience design, and visualization and prototyping skills supported by great conceptual thinking. UX designs lead the definition of great UX throughout the product life cycle, from initial explorations to final deliverables. From brainstorming through implementation, the User Experience Designer will work with key stakeholders, engineering, and research and development teams. The candidate should have the ability to quickly grasp and distill complex information into clean, understandable highly-crafted solutions. All candidates must include a link to their online portfolio and provide work samples as part of the application process. Please indicate your role and contribution for each project submitted.   Required Skills:  Human-centered design and product development Candidates should articulate a human-centered approach to design and have a basic understanding of HCD philosophy, from initial explorations to final deliverables. Ensuring high standards of usability and consistency in design while also pushing the boundaries for creating better, more innovative experiences for our users. Communication & Visualization Skills Candidates must have strong presentation, communication and visualization skills. Ability to produce layouts, user interface elements, design specifications and documentation. Collaboration & Team Skills Candidates should have strong collaboration skills and be able to inspire others through collaboration. Prototyping Skills Candidates understand that you succeed sooner iterating and experimenting; understand that prototyping can be done at various levels of fidelity and have experience doing that work.  3+ years of experience designing world-class experiences.
