View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/p9cLor Job Description: Responsibilities: • Assist in analyzing quarterly and annual results and write operating and exploration updates. • Construct a daily industry news tear-sheet for the sales force and a weekly product for clients. • Assist with maintaining and expanding our equity coverage, including marketing material. • Financial analysis/modeling of companies currently under coverage and companies of possible interest. The ability to update/build a model is critical. • Preparation of morning call material, comments, and participating as necessary. • Take ownership of special ad-hoc projects, presentations, and initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA of 3.5 or higher with a focus on Mineral Economics, Mining Engineering, Geology or related field. • Experience in Equity Research is a plus. • Experience in evaluating financial statements and creating financial models. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts. • Possess strong interpersonal skills. • Enthusiastic team player. • Committed to satisfying internal and external customers. • Superior work ethic and ability to multi-task. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform under deadline pressure. • Fluent in a second language (preferably Spanish) is a plus."
