View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/qL99VW Job Description: The Director role will be a key part of a small leadership team that plans strategic direction, executes projects and develops junior staff. This position requires an entrepreneurial person who will take ownership of challenging strategy, innovation and design projects for world-class companies, under the guidance of a VP and President. Responsibilities -Scoping projects, writing proposals and leading project work that combines strategy consulting with design methods and innovation principles to create new growth platforms -Managing client expectations and relationships, directing the focus of the assignment, managing changes, creating and presenting deliverables -Managing and leading internal and client project teams - Developing new intellectual property for the firm on a range of topics, including: opportunity identification and assessment, services and solutions-based business model strategies, enterprise wide innovation management, and customer experience design. -Supporting business development including networking, fostering sales calls, conducting in-person pitches -Providing leadership and mentorship to a highly diverse strategy team Qualifications The ideal candidate has prior consulting experience in a range of consumer and B2B industries, leading brand, product or service innovation or growth strategy work. An MBA or graduate degree is preferred; ideal candidates will have a balanced mix and understanding of product and service marketing, finance and strategy with excellent analytical and communication (both written and oral) capabilities. He or she should be comfortable leading internal project teams, managing all facets of a client relationship, scoping new business and identifying new business leads and overall desires to become a thought leader in this dynamic industry.
