One of our client looking for the below mentioned position. Position: Senior Manager Quality / Head- Vertical Quality Total experience: 10+ yrs Job Description Manage the Quality group and their activities. Provide clear objectives and goals in line with organizational quality goals. Interact with Project groups, customers / Prospects and customers' quality groups on quality issues. Participate in recruitment of quality staff. Plan Organize, Conduct of Internal audits and pursue closure of findings. Plan, facilitate certification audits and sustain them. Review the internal audit reports and facilitate escalation of unresolved issues. Establish a positive, healthy work environment to motivate and drive the QA team members, recommend awards and recognitions. Review vertical level / department level baselines and interact and Facilitate creation of company wise Baselines. Review reports & presentations and Participate in Management Review Meetings. Manage metrication program across the vertical. Drive organization wide quality initiatives like ISO 9001 2008, ISO 27001, Six Sigma, CMMI…etc Report project status, concerns, achievements towards management and client. Desired Profile Skill Required: 5-10 years’ experience with a proven track-record of successfully managing a QA team. Implementation experience in standards “ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001 & TL 9000” and process model CMMI and methodologies like Sixsigma , Quality Function deployment. Experience in using quality tools to identify and analyze root causes. Familiarity with QA processes, QA methodologies, QA artifacts and QA best practices.
