You have the opportunity to add to the success of the bank and help grow the commercial real estate portfolio consisting of land, acquisition and development loans. To a lesser extent time will be devoted to loan work out. The balance of the responsibilities is special projects and new business development. You will be expected to perform your own underwriting on credits presented to the loan committee. The ideal candidate will currently be managing a commercial real estate portfolio. Consideration will be given for prior working experience at a community bank or regional banking or national banking with underwriting skills. Knowledge of the local marketplace is important. A strong credit back is desired; formally credit trained is a strong plus.
