We are looking for a multitude of engineering, technical, financial and legal experts with energy-related engineering and construction background Job Description • Prepare Interconnections and Operating Balancing Agreements • Support definition and development of the operational procedures in the Network Code • Develop data handling system in cooperation with Technical Department • Prepare and assist in setting up an appropriate transport capacity marketing procedure, process and policy • Prepare the Open Season process and provide material assistance in the negotiation, approval and execution process • Assist in fixing appropriate tariff methods and calculations • Support tariff benchmarks in cooperation with external advisors/stakeholders • Execute/follow up contract management regarding transport- and related contracts and documentation • Coordinate marketing of transport capacity activities with other interested departments and subsidiaries • Keep, follow and execute time-, resource- and cost plan of the project, relating the marketing of transport capacity activity Skill Required • University/college degree (business and/or technical) • Minimum 3-5 years of experience • Experienced with Interconnection and Operating Balancing Agreements • Experienced with operational related activities: nomination, allocation and balancing • Experienced with Data Handling systems and procedures • Experience in Long/Short Term Gas Transportation Contracts and Network Codes in the European pipeline market is a big advantage • Good understanding of regulatory issues in the gas pipeline industry • Good knowledge of Open Season process • Excellent English knowledge Benefits Additional information / Offered: • Place of Work: Vienna, Austria • A challenging position in a rapidly changing environment in which you can make excellent use of your “hands-on-mentality” and your ability to work under pressure. • The opportunity to join to a success-oriented team of local and international experts.
