"My client is a large Chinese PV manufacturer with GW-level capacity. Its products include crystalline ingots, wafers, cells and PV panels which are recognized by international quality systems. It has established offices in Europe and US to rapidly expand their overseas market. My client is currently looking for a HR & Admin Supervisor to be based in Zurich. Reporting to HR Director, you will work with head office to carry out recruitment activities including CV/candidate reviewing, conducting interviews and composing labor contract. You will provide orientation and training to new employees. You will in charge of performance appraisal according to the company’s request. You will handle monthly payroll and manage employee resignation process. You will supervise and manage the HR team in Europe and maintain a HR managing system. You will also establish office admin standards and procedures, be involved in general office administrative work such as reviewing office supply requisition, meeting & business trip arrangement. To be considered for this position, you will have at least 1 year related working experience in HR and/or Office Admin. You will be familiar with local HR policies. You will have a valid work permit for Switzerland and speak excellent English. Chinese language skill is a plus but not necessary.
