"Key accountabilities: As the Asia Head of IT Data Center Services, you will… • Manage the integration & operations team across the region; you will be managing the regional data centers strategies & services with lot of focus on ITIL framework. • Ensure the operations are in running as per the defined practices & procedures. • Monitor the performance of data center infrastructure. • Aggressively involved in hiring process of the team across the region. • Ensure that the IT Data Center Services team is communicating effectively with all Business Units and other service delivery partner divisions in order to provide the service levels desired by the customers. • Be responsible for achieving service levels as defined in the agreed operations level agreements. • Look continuous improvement in operations efficiency, whilst holding accountability for degradation and improvement of data center services. • Ensure the cost of delivering the services to customers is optimized. • Deliver and manage a sufficiently robust organization that is able to cope with constant change, various service operations challenges, new infrastructure deployment, and ongoing organizational transition. • Ensure all sites abide by all safety rules and regulations. Required Skills: • 14+ years IT Management in global, diverse and complex business operations. • 8+ years of IT Data Center operations management experience. • Must be currently working at a senior level (Head, Director, Sr. Director, VP, Sr. VP) role with focus on regional/global level responsibilities. • Expertise in the data center infrastructure integration environment. • In-depth experience within ITIL v2 and v3 frameworks. • Ability to manage this environment as a business, rather than just purely as technology. • Working knowledge of ISO 9000 and 27000/27001/27002 standards. • Working knowledge of facilities management. • Data center Infrastructure certifications, e.g. CDCDP. • ITIL v3 foundation certification at minimum, consequent ITIL service lifecycle / capability modules preferred.
