"My client is a large multinational solar module manufacturer and turnkey solar system solution provider across Europe and US. As part of the company’s development and growth, my client is looking for talented and professional individuals to help strengthen their international team. Currently they are looking or a Project Technical Support to be based in Munich, Germany. You will be based in Munich and travel regularly to Italy to provide technical support to projects in both Germany and Italy. You will visit customers to provide technical training and solve technical difficulties. You will help customers to design PV systems and select system accessories. You will provide support in obtaining installation permission and bid. You will handle and resolve customer complaints. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or related subjects. You will have 1+ year’s experience in a similar position with a strong technical background in Photovoltaic. You will have a strong basis for customer satisfaction. It is desirable to have system design experience for large commercial PV plants and good understanding of the German PV market. You will speak fluent Italian, German and English.
