The successful candidates will share in the responsibility for the management of key suppliers, ensuring a portfolio application changes are delivered and maintaining customer satisfaction at extremely high levels. For both roles the client is seeking individuals that have business analyst experience, IT/technology awareness and a good understanding of business cases and benefits delivery; however, the candidates customer facing, management and behavioural skills will be the key for successful placement into these roles. The roles are very challenging and require the ability to adhere within IS guidelines and objectives but work without close supervision. Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills/experience: excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to facilitate meetings with the business at all levels; proven ability to gather and document business requirements; commercial awareness for engaging and managing 3rd party suppliers and related contracts (SLA/KPI management); knowledge of industry standard ITIL processes.
