It is one of the most successful and famous Chinese module manufacturers. Its modules are sold in over 20 countries including major PV markets worldwide and it is also developing emerging markets such as Africa and Mid East. Currently my client is looking for a Sales Support Engineer to be based in Munich, Germany. You will provide pre & after sales technical support to internal sales force. You will communicate with sales and manufacturing departments as well as external customers. You will attend exhibitions, fairs and conferences. You will do on-site visits to solve technical difficulties. You will provide technical trainings to internal employees and external customers. You will act as the bridge between R&D department and latest market trends in terms of technology development. You will help to develop company’s technical support system and procedures. Your main focus will be German region, but you also will be involved in other EU markets. To be considered for this position, you must have a strong technical background in photovoltaic, ideally with more than 2 years experience working in a technical role. You will be familiar with Oracle and a strong basis for customer satisfaction. It is desirable to have system design experience for large commercial PV plants and good understanding of the German PV market.
