The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will report to the President and Chief Operations Officer and is responsible for managing all information technology issues, including hardware, software, communication networks, plus company designed – developed software systems/applications and services, PCI compliance, and security. The first assignment in this position will be onsite. But in future assignments, you will have the opportunity to work from home. We are a rural based company, whose team works predominantly from home. Though headquartered in Wisconsin, we are hiring nationwide. Skills: •Provides leadership and direction to all the Information Technology teams. •Builds competitive advantage for the organization through IT people, systems and processes. •Ensures management is informed on all information technology and system issues, reports status. •Oversees planning and purchasing of all information technology products and services. •Ensures the integration of all information technology systems within the company and customer environments. •Manages the design and implementation of systems improvement. •Provides a high level of technical support to all elements of the company. Requirements: •10 yrs. experience in the Information Technology environment. •Prior experience creating and implementing a forward-looking vision, strategy and plans for IT. •Prior experience ensuring the health of IT infrastructure applications. •Prior working experience in maintaining the highest standards of quality and availability of technical services. •Prior experience in ensuring current and future IT capacity meets business needs. •Prior experience in IT financial and budgeting skills, understanding of ROI and aligning technology expenditures with business objectives and Vendor management. •Prior experience leveraging a broad experience and understanding of Call Center IT, VOIP/SIP, WAN, LAN, Sarbanes- Oxley (SOX) compliance, PCI-DSS compliance, ITIL and ISO 2000 standards, IT Security, Agile and Rational Unified Process (RUP) •Prior experience with internal security audits, certifications and legal compliance. •Prior knowledge of Client support processes, infrastructure technologies, systems architecture and engineering background. •Strong process orientation including demonstrated performance in process design and execution which leverages best practices for process improvement. •A background in the integrated marketing solutions and outsourced contact center operations is a plus. Education: College degree is helpful; but not required. Real world experience is more important. Salary and Benefits: • Competitive Rural Market Rates Paid • Stock option equity bonuses – Shareholder and Annual Bonuses.
