He is responsible for setting up of new optimized logistical processes together with our business and the centralized Supply Chain Center which is responsible for the operational logistic processes. He is also responsible for the coordination of freight processes and the monitoring / analyses of freight and demurrage costs. He work as business support concerning the responsibilities VALUE ADDED/POSITION PURPOSE Export Processes o Responsible for the Export processes incl. customs handling and handling of purchase tax relevant issues o Experience of document handling (L/C, customer service, order management) o Detailed Knowledge of export control guidelines and workflows behind (export compliance sanctions, permits), detailed knowledge of export relevant laws, e.g. Swiss/EU legislation Freight Process o Coordination of freight announcements (crosstrades, stocks, tanks) o Monitoring or Implementation of new processes within BIFLogistics o Detailed knowledge of global logistical chains concerning transport, common carrier, incoterms, stocks, o Prepare logistical network analyses to optimize workflows o Prepare and optimization of new logistical processes and roll-out o Work as internal business support for the mentioned functions SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS : o Swiss nationality or C permit o Commercial education o Export/logistical/customer service/order management background o Excellent language skills in German and English o Knowledge of MS-Office package, Outlook, SAP SD/BW o Pro-active and service oriented towards internal and external interfaces o Very good organizational skills, accurate and fast, capable to act efficiently in a complex and international environment o Ability to work independently, flexible, with the skill to effectively prioritize Team- and cross-cultural spirit Permanent contrat Position based in Switzerland Please send your CV in English (Word) at david@approachpeople.com"
