VALUE ADDED/POSITION PURPOSE Sales support functions  Provide statistical data, analysis and market information based on the SAP Business Warehouse functionality  Monitor and update customer prices in SAP in collaboration with the Marketing Representatives  Coordinate necessary tasks related to the bonus and rebate process  Assist in Country / Marketing Unit Reporting  Support function for all marketing related tasks Administrative support functions  Preparation and travel coordination the CAS colleagues, for conferences, and customers visits, Tradefairs/exhibitions  Organize information flow (incl. documents) within BMS/CAS EEMEA Sales organization  Support in handling/processing of confidential correspondence in German/English and French if needed  Support preparation of management presentations and meetings (Preparation of charts by own initiative) SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Swiss nationality or C permit • Commercial or technical education • Excellent language skills in German, English and French (written and spoken) • Knowledge of MS-Office package, Outlook, SAP • Ability to work in a team • Very good organizational skills • Communication skills • Ability to solve complex problems, strategic thinking and work under pressure • Job requires analytical skills, initiative & flexibility Permanent contrat Position based in Switzerland Please send your CV in English (Word) at david@approachpeople.com"
