"Position: Business Intelligence Developer / DBA Location: Miami, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Fulltime, permanent Onsite: On location at the Client’s sites 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work. Additional Information: Full Benefits Description: Our client, a leading global advertising agency, is looking for a BI Developer / DBA. Responsibilities: • Work on building, maintaining and optimizing the operational data warehouse and data marts • Administrate the Cognos BI and Planning platforms • Develop BI content following business requirements and specifications • Ensure data remains consistent across databases • Map out the conceptual design for a planned database in outline • Design and create ETL processes and work on systems integration • Design, develop and implement MOLAP, ROLAP and relation relational based reports with Cognos Report Studio • Design and develop dashboards with Cognos Insight. • Design and develop MOLAP packages with transformer • Perform administrative tasks for databases and Cognos Requirements: • Experience with Cognos • Experience with SQL Server 2005/2008 • Ability to create, design, implement and maintain database and Cognos models and reports • Experience with database modeling • Experience with data warehousing activities and business intelligence tools • Experience designing and creating ETL processes • Experience with TM1 (a plus) • Experience with Framework Manager (a plus) • MS and/or Cognos certifications (a plus) If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact me at tim.c@vitaver.com and I will immediately provide you with details."
