Responsible for account development, building and managing client relationships with key decision makers at C-levels to power top line and bottom line growth. Responsible for some delivery management as well as team build out with P&L responsibilities that can be grown to the $20M+ range with a headcount of 100+ onsite and offshore. Position the firm as a Strategic IT and Engineering partner and identify avenues for the firm to implement solutions via an onsite/offshore model that effectively allows clients to plan, build and maintain IT applications and infrastructure. Also perform assessments and evaluations and deliver performance improvement and upgrades. Should be knowledgeable about the factors impacting outsourcing and the cost of application development today. Should be prepared to discuss your value proposition and how you have successfully identified projects, planned and influenced the bid process, won projects and worked with delivery teams to implement them. A big plus is a rolodex of legacy contacts in the Utilities (Electric and Natural Gas) industry! MUST HAVES * P&L: Must have experience growing and running $15M+ annual P&L’s with headcount of 100+ Sales Success: Proven history of selling $15M per year of IT related SERVICES (not hardware or software) * Delivery, Program Management and Resource Management skills from firms such as Accenture, IBM, CSC, CTS, TCS, Infosys, Keane, Bain, McKinsey other Big 4 or Tier One, etc. * Onsite/Offshore Outsourcing software and custom application development experience * Domain Expertise: significant Utilities industry experience * BS/BA degree required; advanced degree preferred Apply Here For more details visit: http://6figurejobs.aimricher.com"
