Position: Program Manager Total experience: 12+ yrs Job Description Key Requisites A Program Manager must bring top-notch consulting and relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT. Program Managers are expected to have >10 years of experience with a successful track record of managing multiple engagements under a program, preferably with Tier1 SI & IT services organizations. Program Managers will have excellent communication skills and should have delivered 2-3 complex programs with multiple stakeholders & vendors. Job Description Strong program management skills with ability to manage multiple work-streams and projects Ability to build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder and vendor teams with often diverging goals, demonstrating leadership over project teams Ability to cope with a dynamic support environment across several diverse business and technology units Strong attention to detail and ability to define clear demarcation of responsibilities for the teams Ability to define operational and people performance metrics and track performance of the overall program as well as individual streams Effectively manage conflicts within group; key skills include facilitation, conflict management, and consensus building Work with clients to define and orchestrate the delivery of an overall solution Methodical, thoughtful approach to problem solving Note: Please send cvs only, who can able to attend the interview weekdays with short notice period.
