"Our Client is an international industrial company with more than 10.000 employees and leader in its branch. For its headquarters in Berlin we are looking for a fulltime Change Management Specialist (f/m) Responsibilities: - Support the Business to manage transformation processes - Lead the Change Management initiative within smaller projects or as a part of the Change Management team on complex projects - Provide advice, expertise and execution support to ensure successful projects and minimized disruptions to the Business - Lead Change Management plans and activities within the context of a project, program or initiative in the area of stakeholder management, communications, organizational alignment, training development and change readiness - Contribute to the improvement of CM tools and methodology - Contribute to the networking effort in IT and Business communities - Contribute to the knowledge sharing project and internal work and deliverables - Contribute to internal IT improvement initiatives and efforts Qualifications: - University degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar - 5 years of professional experience gained in international initiatives - Good knowledge of change management practices, internal methodologies and tools - Knowledge in stakeholder management, communication, organizational alignment, training strategy and change readiness - Fluent in spoken and written English. German will be advantageous.
