"Our Client is an international industrial company with more than 10.000 employees and leader in its branch. For its headquarter in Berlin we are looking for a fulltime Senior Specialist - Incident and Problem Management. Responsibilities: - Running and improving the Incident and Problem Management processes - Initiating and coordinating of actions to ensure the processes results in terms of KPIs with internal and external partners - Managing of major incidents including escalation and notification management - Ensure the proper execution of Incident and Problem Management according to best practices and industry standards - Continuous improvements of Incident and Problem Management - Reporting Qualifications: - Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification - 5 years of professional experience working in a relevant IT field - Fundamental understanding of ITIL processes and operational procedures, ITIL certification desired - IT Generalist knowledge - Solid experience in implementing ITIL frameworks - Experience in vendor management / dealing with external service providers - Fluent in spoken and written English. German will be advantageous.
