Dispatch planning & monitoring of the shipment movement. Ensuring the delivery of the consignment at the destination respecting cold chain. 2. Conducting of monthly demand meeting with sales department for sales trend/ demand & import plan. 3. Placing of Purchase Orders for supplies considering the sales projections & past trend. 4. Consolidation of inventory plan in co-ordination with Sales department. 5. Preparation of following reports for submission to Director – Supply Chain & Distribution : • Sales report • Model S Inventory • Monthly Root Cause Analysis Report for variance in forecast & actual sales. Imports Function: 1. Validation of Bill of Entry to be filed for the purpose of imports. 2. Validation of Customs Duty payable for imports. 3. Co-ordination with Mumbai port (sea & air) for import clearance. 4. Dispatch of samples through ADC at port. CWH Management: 1. Co-ordinating with CWH team for the stocks that are going to arrive in future. 2. Ensuring the availability of all packing material for primary dispatches. 3. Drawing a plan of refrigerated vehicles availability through out the year to send the shipments to the CFA locations. Inventory Management: 1. Reduction in inventory in number of days at least by 20% initially & gradually to maintain it up to 90 days at CWH. 2. Zero difference in physical stock vs. book stock at each location. 3. Reduction in multiple stock transfer by at least 10%. SCOT Management: 1. Ensure adequate supplies as per projections in co-ordination with HO. Demand management, stock parameters, stocks level management in SCOT as per projections of sales department. 2. Updation of stock & Demand in SCOT. 3. Timely renewal of DL & other statutory licenses as per local norms. 4. MIS as per HQ & MCM requirements on scheduled dates. Distribution, Commercial & MIS Function: 1. Supervision & maintenance of cold rooms and cold chain during transportation. 2. Control on Promotional Material movement from Mother warehouse. 3. Follow up of the payment against bounced cheques with the concerned stockists in co-ordination with sales department. MIS Analysis: Preparation of various reports for management: 1. All India Sales Consolidation report product wise/city wise 2. Monthly Stock N Sales Report. 3. All India Inventory Report. 4. Short expiry products report. 5. Freight Analysis Report. 6. Import Status. Customs –Indirect Taxation Function: 1. Verification of advance customs duties to be paid for the import shipments Sea Shipments: 1. To make inventory plans for the sea shipments based upon the lead time and the sea route. 2. To co-ordinate with the CHA so that shipments are released on priority and there is no deviation in the cold chain. Regulatory Function: 1. Co-ordination with Packaging Department at HO & regulatory department at Mumbai for specific changes in packaging like price change, statutory information printing as per Drugs & Cosmetics Act etc. 2. Compliance with Drugs & Cosmetics Act (All Over India).
