Bilingual Arabic & English "Role: To manage/direct all sales and Business Development activity activities for the Power Service Engineering Solutions and Services in MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul ) business in Power, Water, Oil and Gas sector in MEA region providing business and operational leadership to the sales team and associated support functions. Work with the senior Executive management reporting to CEO on Sales & business development functions with the responsibility for all the commercial initiatives for customers towards the business with the aim to achieve the goals and target as per Business Plan. The incumbents prime responsibility is to ensure that Company meets the agreed budget targets for sales growth and cost in the defined region whilst applying companies standard work practices. Requirements: You will have a proven track record in Power Engineering services business and sales related plus minimum 15 years experience in Industrial Turbines & Rotating Equipment , Boilers and its accessories systems. Master degree / University degree in Engineering, preferably in the subject of Maintenance and Operations. Proven track record of achieving business success as a Sr.Sales Manager. 5 to 10 years experience in international sales engineering with technical systems, preferably in the Services area 5 yrs of OEM based experiences with GE, SIEMENS Affinity with and understanding of Power Plant Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) supply chain processes, technology and the subject of operations and maintenance services Proven experience with financial and contractual conditions and tender processes English, Arabic fluently in writing and speaking. Since this role has an international scope we expect that you are willing to travel approximately 25.% of your time . Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrable executive presence – board room quality - able to represent Client to senior managers externally and internally.
