Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Technical WLAN Support Engineer- Calabasas, CA Rita Dhanavade posted a job: Technical WLAN Support Engineer- Calabasas, CA "Berean Group is seeking Technical WLAN Support Engineer Location: Calabasas, CA Duration: 1 year Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Job Descriptions Include: • Work with the customers to design, troubleshoot and provide solution in a timely manner. • Document the issues in the ticketing system. • Conduct manual, semi-automated, and automated tests to validate/replicate product issues and validate design. • Open problem reports for failures detected, troubleshoot failures to their root-cause and clearly understand and articulate those failures. • Work with software engineers to resolve failures. • Provide third level technical support on a worldwide basis via phone, email, and remote access to customer sites. • Determine methods and procedures for solving complex technical issues encompassing hardware, software and networking. • Function as technical lead for large customer accounts with multiple concurrent technical issues. • Formulate technical action plans for analyzing and resolving end-to-end solutions. • Generate clear and concise documentation in the form of case notes, technical tips and white papers. Education and all minimum Requirements Include: • Must hold Aruba Wireless LAN Certifications. • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related. • Must have experience in configuring Switches and Routers; troubleshooting techniques using tools such as Ethereal; TCP/IP protocols; Ethernet; LAN protocols ( such as OSPF, RIP, BGP) ; QoS (Quality of Service); MPLS/VPLS; VRF; 802.1Q; STP; SNMP; Wi-Fi and Security protocols. • Wireless LAN Data Expertise required. • Must know and understand RF as it pertains to Wireless LAN Networks. • Assist in developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures for making changes to network devices. • Assist in developing and documenting strategy for implementing code releases on network equipment • Ability to debug hardware and software system level problems in a multi-vendor IP environment • Understanding of internetworking concepts?including switching, and routing. • Understanding of LAN/WAN protocols and topologies; for example, TCP/IP, Frame Relay, X.25, PPP, ISDN, Ethernet For More Job description and to apply click on the links below: [ http://www.bereangroup.com/jobInfo.do?jobId=116202 ] You can also mail your resume at resumes@bereangroup.com and rita.d@bereangroup.com with the job #116202 in the subject line.
