Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: International QA Manager Angelo Chirulli posted a job: International QA Manager "International QA Manager Due to substantial growth in their online offer, my client have an excellent opportunity for an International Quality Assurance Manager to head the quality assurance of third party and in house developed software products and systems. This position will involve travel between their offices in Manila and Taiwan and provide mentoring and QA management services to both operations. Tasks and Responsibilities: Ensuring the smooth running of quality assurance systems and services, and advise 'best practice' procedures throughout the Client Testing team; Provide weekly reporting to senior management on QA progress, preparation and departmental issues; Provide technical and infrastructure designs, IT tools, consultancy and advice to other IT teams in respect of Quality and Testing; Be able to manage high work loads, test multiple systems in parallel and delegate to QA Engineers in an efficient manner; Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly. Where appropriate, the quality manager advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality; Create and execute Tests and Test cases with test data for all testing phases: functional, integration, system and non-system tests i.e. performance/ load, using manual and automated tools; To implement, support and maintenance of third party and in-house developed software products and systems as appropriate to the role, in support of all client IT systems and applications. Testing from all suppliers including test preparation and test execution for Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing & Business Process Testing; To provide support and guidance to IT teams to resolve problems with respect to QA and Test project work; To constantly strive to improve the QA process using best of breed tools to improve efficiency and accuracy wherever appropriate; To maintain knowledge of testing product developments, ranges, limitations and availability; To familiarize himself/herself in depth on all of ALL’s applications and systems and their users and usage within the business; Monitor and record KPI’s for QA staff for annual evaluations and bonus plans; Perform annual evaluations for QA staff. Mandatory skills and experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team of QA Engineers in a fast paced environment; Experience in introducing new methods and tools in order to improve current QA processes, performance and accuracy with the end goal of providing high quality bug free systems; Experience using web based bug tracking tools such as JIRA and Bugzilla; Experience in Test Management Tools ie Quality Centre (Test Director); Excellent knowledge of testing application principles, practices, tool and procedures; Hands on Experience in Systems and User Test Case Specifications Documentation and Scripting Design, as well as Business and Systems Process and Data Analysis; Experience using automated test tools for testing of performance and application capacity (e.g Loadrunner / QA Load); Strong and consistent record of academic achievement. Mandatory: previous experience in working for an Online Gaming company. Location: Taiwan and Manila. Language: English Fluent. Salary: attractive depending on experience.
