Location: Plainsboro, NJ Job Type: Full Time Job Description : The Oracle Inventory & Warehouse Management Systems Manager will function as a member of a team charged with business process improvement and the implementation of the Oracle ERP solution. This position will function within the Supply Chain process team to develop optimized processes and standards, define and validate the Oracle solution and provide guidance and support to the business during the testing and deployment phases. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate design and implementation aspects of the business solution to include all aspects of business processes, software capabilities, data management and compliance Provide daily/weekly updates to the Manager of Order-to-Cash Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner Work with process level resources: business, IS and consulting Work with the business to define global requirements, manage design and document business and application flows Design and document the global business solution: business processes and application solutions Configure and validate the software solution Participate in training programs and develop user documentation DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years experience in Oracle Inventory Management, Warehousing and Distribution, specifically with WMS Bachelor degree in a related field Graduate degree preferred 5+ years experience in project management preferred ERP implementation experience preferred Candidate Must Have : 5+ years of Oracle Inventory and Warehouse Management; Inventory Reporting/Measures/KPIs Pick, Pack, Ship processes; Inventory moves & Transaction types Inventory Structures; Inventory Rules; Inventory Accuracy & Availability Maintaining Lot Serial Control & Genealogy; Maintaining Items; Receiving Lifecycle If you are interested for the position please feel free to contact me ASAP.
