As Café Chef de Cuisine you will lead a large team of international chefs from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. You must have excellent cross-cultural communication skills and must have a high level of written and spoken English. The ideal candidate will have a very strong working background with experience gained in high turnover all day dining concepts including buffet presentation and has a minimum of 5 years kitchen management experience.
