"Hiring a Low Voltage Senior Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates MHHGC GLOBAL EXECUTIVE SEARCH AND SELECTION JOB DETAILS LARGE INDUSTRIAL COMPANY LOCATION : Middle East - Gulf Areas (3 positions : one in the KSA, one in UAE, one in Qatar) Position Title: LOW VOLTAGE Manager Department: LOW VOLTAGE Function: Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, Cost Control Salary Top Expat Package Type of Job Permanent JOB PURPOSE: Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations in the factory, enhance productivity levels & meet approved quality levels with high responsiveness to market needs & business opportunities as per company strategies. 4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description Switchgear Design - Develop and execute design effort to switchgear platform, lead all Design Reviews, assuring all metrics are met. - Design and development of Switchgear Products Switchgear Manufacturing Plans & Operations - Direct and coordinate the LV standard switchgearfactory operations, Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of Manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital. Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while insuring that product standards will match/exceed Customers' expectations. Production process - Organizing and directing workflow for satisfying production requirement in a cost-efficient manner. - Investigation and analyzing new coordinates and processes, where feasible. - Developing and motivating the cost-effective alternatives ad improvements to production process. Quality Control - Prepare QC standards for all aspects of the manufacturing activity and validate them to meet international standards. - Prepare schedules and control charts for inspection of various aspects of production. Health, Safety and Environment: - Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within the switchgear factory to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality product/service and a responsible environmental attitude Instruction Manuals and guides: - Ensures preparation and regular updating of policy manuals, related to all factory activities, in coordination with systems department Staff supervision & Development: - Plan and manage the activities of assigned staff. Delegate assignments and guide them their work. - Managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal. - Maximizing the efficiency of production lines and ensuring the effective employment utilization.
