They are now looking for a dynamic and outstanding Director of Distribution Management who has excellent knowledge in developing the revenue streams and has brilliant knowledge on Sales and Marketing. Reporting to the Senior VP of Hotel Operations and the CEO, this positions requires the individual to have unlimited energy and willingness to promote the service offerings of the group and create a niche in the market. Key Attributes: • Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in Revenue, Distribution and Online Sales Management with 5-6 years’ experience in a similar role • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business technology or related field preferred • Must have strong Australasian experience • Excellent knowledge of managing social media channels • Extensive knowledge of all distribution channels (GDS/Online Settlements/hotel websites/Reservations Center) • Working knowledge of latest revenue management programs • Must have strong luxury hotels/resorts background • Proven track-record in achieving KPIs • Revenue contribution to hotels from all CRO distribution channels (Reservations Center/GDS/brand web/Online Settlements) • Provision of effective revenue management support to maximise hotel RevPAR • Identify, recommend and drive initiatives to increase production and contribution from all distribution channels • Work with each hotel to maintain accuracy of hotel content across all distribution channels • Oversee the rate and content loading on GDS for all hotels • Establish distribution system for pre-opening hotels, including set-up and training • Establish and regularly update the pricing policy, including dynamic pricing, yield controls and rate parity policy for each channel • Regularly monitor the quality of the reservations centers and conduct product training as required • Ensure repeat business and excellent customer service at all times • Strong knowledge of e-commerce, booking engines and websites • Flawless communicator and dynamic personality • Strong financial insight in all sales objective including forecast, budgets etc. • Design, implement & facilitate annual Sales plans • Natural leader, able to coach, mentor and motivate professional sales team • Able to negotiate commercial outcomes and secure new business • Passion for planning, directing, organizing and administering all distribution and revenue management activities"
