"Senior Business Intelligence Director Program Man Currently seeking a seasoned Clinical Business Intelligence Program Manager Consultant to join our rapidly expanding national Business Intelligence Service Line. We specialize in clinical and business intelligence/ analytics. Our core services include advisory/strategy/implementation/ program management services and solutions in the provider space. Key Responsibilities • Lead, Plan, Manage and Coordinate Project/Program Management Activities For Development Of A Clinical EDW • On Track Budget, On-Time Delivery • Staffing Planning and Utilization Management • Change Request Management • Listen and Lead and advise on BI Programs • Lead and advise technology selection across Business Intelligence, Data warehousing and Analytics. Including but not limited to, data architecture, solution architecture, metrics and KPI’s, master and Meta data, data security, data governance, and organizational enablement. • Lead, manage and run BI/DW Programs and Projects • Assist with service line market strategy and development of BI and analytical solutions • Lead and assist with new business development • Assist will marketing and intellectual capital development Key Qualifications • 10+ combined years in Business Intelligence, Data warehousing and Analytics; experience will include one or more; Solution Architect; Program Manager, DW/BI Project Manager, Data Architect. Analytics/Reporting Architect • 5+ years in provider/ clinical data warehouse development, design and information management • Proven and “referenceable” track record in strategic thinking and thought leadership • Proven track record in multi-team (technical/clinical/business) project delivery • Project management certification or relevant experience critical • 5+ recent years in understanding information requirements including; Care Management, Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, Managed Care Operations, Finance, Administration. • Demonstrated ability to give effective and differentiated presentations to management and clients and ability to work within all levels within the healthcare organization. • Exceptional interpersonal, public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills • Solid understanding on impacting, emerging and vendor trends in the BI/DW/Analytics space • Education minimum, Bachelor’s Degree required Supporting Qualifications • Successful experience functioning within a matrix environment serving external and internal customers. • Highly developed technical and analytical skills; able to discuss clinical and IS solutions to business unit, clinical, and technology audiences at an appropriate level demonstrating translation between clinical, user, and technical domains."
