For one of their shopping centers in Sydney, we are now looking for a proficient Customer Experience Manager. The Customer Experience Manager is someone who will ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and provide distinctive solutions to customer problems. Key Profile: • Must have strong hospitality and retail management experience • Exceptional communication skills along with a very practical and logical aptitude • Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects • Computer literacy • Develop and strategize various plans for proper functioning of the site according to thorough audit of the location • Manage contractors and 3rd party vendors • Have outstanding knowledge of resource allocation, time allocation and human capital distribution • Provide support for security, cleaning, etc. • Manage all on-site staff • Proficient in managing rosters, training of staff and behavioral activities • Provide timely reports as per the management’s requests • Implement SOPs, safety standards and manuals • Manage the overall inventory, stock and movable as well as immovable property • Manage tenancy deliveries and all related processes • Work with the team to identify and reduce customer complaints • Provide spontaneous solutions to customer problems • Develop innovative ways to engage directly and indirectly with the customers • Prepare customer feedback sheets and develop solutions to minimize complaints • Identify and introduce opportunities that help the center in generating additional revenue • Able to work in conjunction with the HR department for any HR issues Salary: $90,000 – 110,000 including Super + Benefits Apply NOW http://ht.ly/eGhFn You must have Australian residency or Valid Work Visa to be eligible for this role, as visa sponsorship is NOT available."
