Key Attributes: • Must have at least 8-10 years’ experience in within luxury 5 star hotels • Must have a proven track record of being a EAM (Rooms) or General Manager for last 3 years in luxury hotels • Must have background within Shangri-La, Four Seasons, Fairmont, Hyatt, Banyan Tree, Six Senses, etc. • Asian hotel experience is a MUST • Exceptional understanding of Reservations, Front Office, Housekeeping and Rooms Division • Exceptional financial acumen • Continually develop novel sales plans, manage the Public Relations as the face of the establishment and bring forth additional revenues through promotions • Lead and manage a highly motivated staff • Remain as the main contact for VIP guests • Showcase strong networking skills and provide the brand a deeper market penetration"
