"Job: Sr. HR Shared Service Manager in Shanghai, China Responsiblilty: - The incumbent is required to provide strong leadership and direction of HR services delivery to ensure efficient, timely and accurate HR services and query-handling for all the countries in scope. - The incumbent will also need to plan and implement ongoing improvement of HR Shared Service Center Services in line with HRGO and Global HR Strategies. - This position is required to work in close partnership with Regional Human Resources Heads, HR Functional Experts and HR Business Partners in stakeholder management to ensure that the services provided is also in alignment with goals and objectives of Region. - Minimal travel is required. CORE TASKS: - Overall accountable for the delivery of HR services to the countries in scope according to defined Service Delivery Agreements. - Support and participate in the implementation of new services, projects and programs aligned with the HRGO governance model. - Ensure that service delivery and processes are in accordance to global corporate policies and procedures as well as adherence to local legal requirements. - Manage and establish best-in-class service centre approaches driving efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction through a commitment of continuous improvement of key performance areas. - Is accountable to manage HR Service Center budget. - Responsible for the Performance and Competence Management of Service Center employees to ensure a high employee motivation and effective transfer of knowledge. - Work closely with Regional HR Heads, Functional Experts and Business Partners to ensure global HR strategies supports the business and growth of the organization.   Requirements: - University Degree in HR, Business Management or related discipline. - At least 3 years experience for a Shared Service Center/Operation Center or HR function. - Knowledge of Service Center technologies, SAP HR Applications, CRM or Service Ticket applications. - Strong cross-cultural communications and Project Management capabilities. - Have experienced working in a global environment. - Excellent customer orientation and negotiation skills with a high command of spoken and written English. - Strong interest in HR strategy and track record of experience in improving process efficiency with IT tools. - Good perspective in achieving results both long term and short term. http://bull.hn/l/U88F/2"
