"Please note, to apply for this role you MUST have: • Client-side experience for a FMCG manufacturer or retailer • Comprehensive research experience (both Qual, Quant) with a focus on shopper insights • International experience is preferred • Be willing to relocate to New Delhi and take on a role which includes regional travel Working for a leading FMCG brand, this exciting and challenging role will put you in charge of consumer insights for the business across South East Asia. With 6-8 years of experience in shopper (and consumer) research, gained either on the client-side or a mix of client/agency experience), this regional leadership role is a fantastic opportunity for an expert in the FMCG space. To apply, you must have considerable experience in shopper research, from either a retailer or manufacturer perspective. You must also be comfortable with large data sets and be able to undertake detailed analysis. We are looking to hear from candidates with an ability to think strategically and convert insights into recommendations, which will drive investments across the company. Due to the regional focus of the role, we are ideally looking to hear from people with some regional exposure. As well as the specific research experience required, you must have extensive experience of interacting with and advising senior stakeholders. The role will require you to present to large, diverse audiences, so we are understandably looking for candidates with excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and fluency in English is essential. Those with additional language skills will be preferred. Finally, experience of budget planning is essential for this role, given the need to manage significant research budgets. Please note, due to the regional nature of this role, travel will be required. The right candidate will be rewarded with an excellent package worth up to USD 90k per annum.
