We are looking for a Systems Analyst for our client. This position is based in Cary, NC. Position Description Fidelity's Defined Benefit (DB) Client Technology team is seeking a System Analyst/Software Engineer to support Analysis and Reporting within our Core and Maintenance team. The Core & Maintenance Team supports Production Bug Fixes for Fidelity’s DB Recordkeeping and administration system. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to support the maintenance, analysis, and reporting for our day to day Production Incident data. Primary Responsibilities • Maintain Access Reporting Database and Produce Daily Report Files. • Maintain Production Escalated Issue Tracker. • Produce weekly compliance reports showing time charges and delivery numbers. • Support collection and analysis of Month End Data and production of Power Point Presentations. • Update and maintain documentation for the Core & Maintenance team. • Support ad-hoc development of updates for Excel report worksheets, Excel exception reports, and Power Point presentations. • Provide oversight on root cause analysis and identify prevention and improvement opportunities Skills and Knowledge • Knowledge and experience in the Production Support Life Cycle • Strong understanding of Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. • Thorough understanding of Excel Pivot Tables • Very good understanding of SQL and relational databases. • Strong analysis skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience working in a matrix environment • Must be pro-active self-starter able to quickly adapt to existing data collection and reporting practices"
