View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/nt0IVY Job Description: Responsibilities • Develop an in-depth understanding of target markets, working with account teams to identify potential customers for existing service capabilities and potential new service capabilities that offer strong growth potential. • Expand and develop Mattersight’s knowledge of key industries and technologies. • Identify new markets and applications for new and existing products and opportunities for new applications outside of Mattersight’s core offerings. • Analyze and track market trends and identify opportunities for growth. • Directly support executive team in diligence efforts in identifying and analyzing partnerships. • Conduct research and develop presentations for specific target audiences. • Categorize key customer segments for Mattersight along applications / industries, geographical, technology, and other dimensions. • Capture competitive and market data for related products and services to develop and report on these additional opportunities. Qualifications: • BA/BS degree from top tier school • Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills and experience • Ability to assimilate complex data sets, identify critical theme and implications, define creative strategy alternatives and actionable recommendations • Concise, polished written and oral business communication skills • Strong MS Office suite skills --- Excel, Power Point, and Word • Familiarity with statistical data analysis methods and tools • Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting or Services Consulting preferred • Ability and willingness to travel to attend industry events Previous Experience Mattersight is seeking candidates with 4-6 years experience and (at minimum) a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University. Experience and coursework of a quantitative or analytical nature is preferred. This can include, but is not limited to; Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology and Statistics."
