View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/ny0aQm Job Description: Business lead position within the structured finance deal team of a global investment bank Responsibilities: • Lead deal teams in negotiating, structuring & arranging export finance transactions involving exports from North America • Sector coverage is primarily focused on Power, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure & Defense. • Market export finance capabilities to select exporters in the US & Canada, as well as, to potential borrowers, in coordination with the Relationship Managers. • Prepare financing proposals & negotiating terms & conditions with customers. • Structure loans with official agencies insurance companies, exporters & importers. • Prepare credit proposals for presentation to Credit Committee, with the support of the North American Head of Desk, the Regional Team & when necessary, Risk Mgt. • Negotiate credit documentation and manage credit issues post-closing including Requirements: • 5+ years banking experience in Trade, Export, Commodities or other StructuredFinance products. • Proven track record of generating & closing high-value Structured Finance transactions in developing countries • Prior experience developing innovative solutions to meet customer financing needs. • Formal Credit Training preferred • Demonstrated capability to work in a team environment. • Knowledge of insurance and multilateral programs eg; OPIC, MIGA, IFC, IADB • Fluency in second European Language preferred. • Bachelors degree required"
