One of the key requirements for the position is that the candidate should be fluent in Russian language as the company intends to expand in Central Asian countries / CIS Region. Hence, the candidate could either be a Russian national or someone who speaks the language. The ideal candidate would be from CIS Region/Russia with pharmaceutical or medical devices sales background experience of 7+ years can be flexible on the years of work experience. A preference is for candidates from medical device (disposables, e.g., J&J “Ethicon” surgical division) or biotech / Pharma Company but we can also consider other candidates who have good sales background.
