View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/npKaeS Job Description: Responsibilities: * Manage, update and grow the company's marketing database with a focus on acquiring high-quality, opt-in contacts in our target markets from a variety of sources (e.g., CRM database, tradeshow events, lead list rental/acquisition, inbound, etc.). * Develop marketing segments based on a deep understanding of Lattice Engines marketing and sales objectives and target buyer profiles. Enrich and update contact information (e.g., from LinkedIn profiles, from Twitter) * Develop a calendar of creative, high-impact outbound marketing programs against each segment, with a focus on email marketing. * Construct messaging and collateral for each campaign (e.g., e-mail text, landing page) * Manage lead generation, routing, nurturing efforts between Sales and Marketing teams * Track and report on lead conversion rates through the marketing and sales pipeline * Improve ROI of marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis with an eye to improving end-to-end conversion rates * Continuously test and iterate on every aspect of campaign design and execution * Assist sales team to create and conduct their own high-impact outbound campaigns * Manage and improve functionality of Marketing Automation platform and integration points with Salesforce.com Desired Skills & Experience * At least three years of experience creating and executing e-mail marketing campaigns, ideally to a B2B audience * Thorough understanding for what it takes to build and manage a contact database, reflecting creative approaches to expanding high-quality, opt-in contacts * Proven track-record of increasing the volume and quality of leads to sales teams * Thorough understanding of the B2B marketing and sales funnel and key metrics for analyzing lead performance across the funnel * Experience collaborating with a sales team on defining lead process, lead milestones and lead nurturing programs * Analytical thinking and mindset * Experience managing a leading marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, Silverpop, Eloqua) * Outstanding written communication skills, as evidenced by campaign text and collateral * Experience creating creative campaign tie-ins with social media and new types of content (e.g., video) * B2B marketing experience in any of the following domains: Enterprise Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, High-tech Marketing"
