They are currently looking for an EPIC Resolute Application Manager who is responsible for the successful implementation of EPIC Resolute module. They will use their understanding of clinical work flows & process redesign, and ability to influence in a complex, matrixed environment, to appropriately design the product and enhance work flows. Applicants preferably live on the East Coast and are willing to travel at least 50 percent. The individuals will manage the daily & ongoing activities of labor and budgetary resources and mission critical functions. The application managers coordinate the necessary activities with the accountable department manager & director. They are responsible for providing an environment for promoting a high level of customer and employee satisfaction and accurate execution of tasks to support the end users. Qualifications. Education:Required: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent experience. Preferred: Upper level degree in Computer Science, Business, Clinical Informatics, Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience. Licenses/Certifications:Project Management and Professional Certification in Epic resolute certification is preferred. Experience:Must have one to three years of combined management and formal project management experience within the Information Services industry. Two years managing a department of comparable size and scope. Experience working in a health care environment is a plus.
