This year, we will select one full-time Analyst to join its two-year program in the company’s New York office. This is one of the only programs in the venture capital industry open to candidates with no more than two years of work experience, and the only one that gives Analysts the autonomy to determine which areas of innovation they explore. Analysts’ primary responsibility is to interact with hundreds of CEOs each year in an effort to identify startups and later stage companies that are disrupting entire industries, from consumer internet and e-commerce, to mobile and cloud computing, to healthcare and others. Analysts also work closely with the firm’s partners to conduct due diligence on the investment opportunities they discover and help to develop new investment roadmaps. Analysts will develop an eye for identifying the most exciting sectors and business opportunities in the innovation economy, a deep understanding of business models, and an extensive network of entrepreneur and VC colleagues. Past Analysts have gone on to found their own businesses, attend top-tier business schools, and work at top private equity firms like Blackstone.
