Operational scope includes problem management and resolution; consultation to and SDLC adherence monitoring of external project teams; platform process definition; and supporting Platform RTB projects. The System Analyst will act as a liaison between technicians and business analysts; provide data inquiries support to the business analysts; supply estimates and requirements for problem responses and operational projects, in accordance with SDLC standards; and provide problem root cause analysis. Requirements: Multi-platform, distributed system and database-centric design and architecture experience required. Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology, or related discipline, which could include Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Information Systems (IS). In lieu of a degree, related work experience will be accepted. Work Experience: Must have at least 5-7 years of related work experience designing/developing, programming, and/or supporting IT systems and applications.
