Legal Advisor is required to work for one of the leading companies in Saudi Arabia. The client is requires over 10 years PQE. It is ESSENTIAL that the candidate is a qualified so please do not apply or inquire about this job if you are not as you will only be wasting your time. The role will be required to perform Legal Advisory tasks on international & local trade law . The position will sit in the Legal Department and report to the Chief Legal Officer of the group. Essential requirements: 1. Candidate should have legal experiences in working with multinational company. 2. Candidate should possess strong degree in Law and have a focus on international laws / Trade law or similar. 3. Work experience in the boards or related departments of global companies and knowing the requirements and the needs of boards of directors. 4. Candidate should have the knowledge and the experience in the international commercial laws and should also aware of the local Saudi law. 5. Arabic and English is essential 6. Total years of experience required more than 10 years with Telecom Experience. ROLE 1. Formulating and reviewing international and local contracts and agreements of the group and provide legal feedback for the group head. 2. Legal negotiations. 3. Reviewing legal agreements and provide legal notes. 4. Formulating and reviewing legal Contracts and Agreements. 5. Prepare Group CEO Group board meetings and others meetings.
