Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Seeking a Director, Brand Insights - Oncology in Gaithersburg, MD, send resumes to dan.wienczkowski@rightthinginc.com Dan Wienczkowski, ACIR, CIR, CDR, CSSR posted a job: Seeking a Director, Brand Insights - Oncology in Gaithersburg, MD, send resumes to dan.wienczkowski@rightthinginc.com "Title: Director, Brand Insights - Oncology Location: Gaithersburg, MD Req ID: 5548 Description: - Leads the delivery of industry-leading customer insight and analytics for a group of brands using best practices processes to deliver sustainably differentiated brands. - Lead the development and delivery of market research and Insight plans that underpin brand strategy for brands in each Director's remit - Lead the development and evolution of market maps and Insight platforms, driving outputs into all aspects of brand development (i.e. Target Product Profiles / Target Product Claims, brand strategy, forecast, communications, clinical trials) to ensure sustainable differentiation - Oversee primary research, forecasting, competitive intelligence and analytics, managing projects when necessary and ensuring best practice approaches are always utilized - Work with the Pricing and Market Access team to ensure that payer insights are integrated into commercial and clinical strategy and positioning - Work with R&D to ensure customer, market and competitor insight is used to shape clinical development programs and life cycle management strategies - Lead KPI development and tracking for the brand, including brand equity and quantitative tracking - Oversee management of research agencies, consultants and budgets - Work with Insight Sr. Director to efficiently manage Business Analyst resources - Serve as voice of customer of the brand team - Oversee Insight capabilities development for brands and regularly coaches Insight team - Responsible for general tasks of an administrative nature as required, including booking own point to point travel, expense submissions, small meetings, and management of own calendar and inbox. Requirements: - BA/BS degree in relevant field required; Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred. - Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience. - Experience applying various primary research techniques and secondary to inform business decisions. - Significant experience managing a team of market research and analytics professionals highly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to influence laterally and vertically. - Pharmaceutical or consumer Insight experience highly desirable. - Experience in oncology strongly preferred.
