View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/qDf2Pa Job Description: The Principal will be responsible primarily for designing and delivering client engagements in a way that produces high quality work, meets client expectations, collaborates with the firm's associates, and achieves the firm's business goals. Most immediately, the Principal will be responsible for managing the delivery of two complex, high profile engagements with one of the firm's most important clients. The strategy engagements will operate at the intersection of business strategy and the Federal government marketplace. In addition, the Principal will identify and develop business opportunities for the Commercial Strategy Team to sell new consulting contracts. Other responsibilities include: • Designing a client engagement including developing the statement of work, project plan, methodologies, and client kick-off meeting • Managing the delivery of a client engagement while meeting milestones and deadlines and producing high quality work • Applying expertise and subject matter knowledge to developing and refining client deliverables • Managing the revenues and costs of a particular engagement • Managing and aiding the professional development of the firm's associates who are staffed on particular engagements • Providing input to the performance reviews of the firm's associates • Identifying opportunities to extend a client engagement, leading to additional firm revenue • Identifying opportunities to sell strategy services to new clients and assist in growing the Commercial Strategy portfolio"
