View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/pOJTNy Job Description: Purchasing: · Purchase order approvals · Inventoried Supply Chain process issue resolution Compliance: · Develop and drive a comprehensive compliance program · Management of Gilt’s vendor compliance program · Management of Vendor Agreements, Vendor Standards, Vendor Set Up form and Shipping & Routing Guides; cataloging approved agreements and logging exceptions · Vendor on-boarding · Vendor training regarding programs, requirements · Coordination of compliance data capture, exceptions granted, chargeback execution · Compliance issue escalation and resolution · Ensure process is established to capture accurate data to drive compliance program Metrics & Scorecards: · Vendor Scorecard reporting · Reporting Internal Metrics & Performance Management: · Supervision and management of Inventoried Supply Chain Analysts and Compliance Analyst · Management of the end to end purchase order/supply chain work flow · Coach and develop an effective team · Provide Merchandising & cross functional counterparts with standardized reporting (TBD) Misc: Perform other purchasing and compliance related tasks as required Skill Set: · Very Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills · Strong Analytical Skills · Possesses Strong Sense of Urgency · Ability to Respond to Changing Demands · Proactive · Detail Oriented and Conscientious · Previous Management & Supervision Experience · Ability to interact with all levels of personnel as well as cross-functionally · Bachelors degree or experience in a relevant operations department · Previous experience managing a compliance program preferred."
