Responsibilities: 1. Partner with AML QA Compliance Officers (VPs) to deliver QA reviews within the established timeframes. 2. Perform QA reviews covering the following key areas; program governance, risk assessment, Know Your Customer, OFAC/sanctions, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting, information sharing, special projects/ad hoc reviews, etc. 3. Prepare QA planning, fieldwork, and reporting documentation in accordance with QA requirements. 4. Effectively communicate QA findings to clients. 5. Assist in the maintenance of regulatory issues database to help ensure that all issues identified are tracked, validated for proper closure and reported. 6. Partner with clients to perform root cause analysis on key issues that may arise. 7. Identify “best-in-class” industry practices where applicable. 8. Build relationships with key stakeholders. 9. Help ensure “quality” as a critical attribute of QA supporting documentation and management supervision. 10. Keep apprised of compliance change to help ensure that QA activities are kept current. 11.
