View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/pZ8zPp Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Help develop Elite's 3-5 year strategic vision and plan to grow revenues and OI through analyzing market and technology trends and competitive dynamics. Conduct build vs. buy vs. partner analysis to identify the best option to build the Elite technology ecosystem. Profile and analyze current and emerging competitors and evaluate them as potential acquisition targets - Drive overall M&A process including acquisition strategy formulation, target identification and profiling, valuation. Participate in acquisition due diligence and integrations - Work to develop strategic partnerships externally and within the company to further enhance our platform and drive top line growth. Determine key product area gaps and identify best in class partner. - Serve as project manager to drive key strategic initiatives within Elite by leading and facilitating cross functional teams Qualifications: - MBA or equivalent preferred - 4+ years of relevant experience with previous success in strategy and M&A role and strong knowledge of software and technology industries and working experience within a Professional Services market - Experience working with a global company, and direct experience of working on global projects - A proven track record in the area of M&A transaction execution and financial analysis - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to deal effectively with all levels within the organization - Ability to interact with sister companies within the company and leverage best practices - Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient Excel skills - Experienced in developing executive level presentations - Strong leadership with presence - Creates urgency and drives performance - Customer focused - Innovative and entrepreneurial - Strategic thinker - Excited by the new economy and new ways of doing business - Ambitious for corporate and personal success - Takes ownership and responsibility - Ability to prioritize and focus on what matters - Shares knowledge and communicates openly and persuasively - Global thinker with ability to interact within culturally different teams"
