The individual will assist account teams by managing e-mail distribution lists, assisting with targeting analyses and data downloads, maintaining calendars of industry events, scheduling investor meetings and entry-level event planning. Responsibilities also include maintaining and updating contact databases, answering phones and general administrative duties. Qualifications: Previous office experience and a college degree are both required.
