It serves as a communication channel for merchants to promote their offers and deals to local customers. The deals market has grown by tensfold in the past few years, with companies being valued at over $10B in matter of 2 years. Online redemption rates have increased by over 300% just this year. We are attempting to become market leaders in this booming industry. We are looking for folks to join the Business Development and Marketing Teams. Its an exciting opportunity as you would be part of the initial team and will formulate/ execute the go-to market strategy. You will will have first hand experience working with clients and marketing the product. Duties include: Developing Strategies, creating presentations, meeting and presenting to clients and finally closing deals with large chains / businesses. Compensation - will be performance based. We prefer full-time candidates but will consider internships and students willing to work at a minimum of 20 hours per week. Qualifications -Candidates should have at a minimum 3 years of work experience in either a business development role or a marketing role. -Previous experience in a bulge bracket strategy firm is a plus. -They should have a MBA or working towards completing their MBA degree. -You should be comfortable with presenting and selling products to large businesses."
