View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/r5AM3c Job Description: Recognized by the industry as a premiere brand strategy consulting firm, the firm seeking highly motivated, strategic thinkers who are interested in joining its team as Associate Directors. Associate Directors will be responsible for managing all areas of client engagements including client interaction, problem solving approaches, team management, development of strategic recommendations and supervision of junior team members. Associate Directors take an active role in managing projects, developing existing clients and developing the practice to include training, development and recruiting. Travel is expected to be a part of all client engagements, but usually does not exceed 25% of time requirements. Project types include: - Consumer insight market strategy - Brand strategy - Brand/business valuation & strategy - Brand portfolio optimization - ROI measurement - M&A, licensing & co-branding strategy development - Marketing investment planning - Brand architecture Qualifications: - MBA from a top-tier business school - Strong academic background - Prior experience in a related field is a plus, but is not required. Fresh MBAs with a strong interest in strategy consulting, finance and marketing are preferred - Strong project management skills - Demonstrated leadership skills - Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills - Brand sensibility - Very strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to take initiative and to work independently and within a team"
