View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/pX3riW Job Description: Perform business case analysis for new initiatives led by the business development team. Focus on new market opportunities within industry and work on business cases focusing on core products, providing support for product reporting and analysis. Responsibilities: -Primary responsibility will be to support company initiatives, including joint ventures. Track and report on key performance metrics, forecasting the business plan and assisting with ad hoc financial analysis. -Oversee presentations for senior management. -Manage initiatives/partnerships with industry leaders, focusing on forecasting the revenue opportunity and calculating the NPV and ROIC. -Gather relevant information to compile business case analysis for new products and services. -Assess the industry landscape for new verticals and new revenue opportunities for products and services. Provide recommendations and opinions on the best path forward from a financial perspective. -Ensure projects move through the process; Work with stakeholders to understand finance, revenue assurance and operational impacts; -Responsible for the accuracy of the financials in databases -Support cross-functional teams to drive the strategic use of profitability reports and financial models to improve financial performance. Requirements: -BS/BA in Accounting or Finance Required -MS or MBA preferred; CPA and/or CFA a plus -6-10 years of related experience. -Experience with financial modeling/analysis including NPV and Discounted Cash Flow -Experience with compiling income statements, forecasting profitability of new products and services -Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting results with senior management executives -Ability to gather and dissect data quickly and effectively -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; MS Access a plus"
